We’re here to help you! As a business owner you have had to make time to deal with the things that you shouldn’t have to…everything from hanging signs to assembling bookcases. Call us, give us the list and get back to focusing on your business!

As investment property owners, you know your have to balance affordability with quality. Many times the trade-off leaves you frustrated. We offer maintenance programs that keep buildings healthy and your mind on keeping tenants happy. If you own a building, we can keep your occupancy on-schedule, by getting your units ready to rent! If you are thinking of investing in a property, we can give you ideas on what needs to be addressed, and what can wait…partner with us!

I call other companies and get voicemails and robots…no one returns my calls UGHHHH!
We know how annoying this can be. Our office is staffed. If our staff can’t answer, it will ring through to our owner’s cell. If he can’t answer, he will call you back within the hour. If you don’t receive a call back within 24 hours, you’ll receive $25 off any future work. No more aggravating waiting for call-backs!

How much do we charge?
Most clients are thrilled that we list our prices on our website. This is because nobody else does it! You won’t find rates on other sites, because they want to surprise you! Some are lower and some are higher. When searching for handyman prices on the web, you’ll find everything from $20 per hour (craigslist ads) to $80 per hour (Milwaukee) to $120 per hour (New York). Our prices are fair given the craftsmanship, quality and service in every job.

We charge $60 per hour, with a two hour minimum.  
Most smaller fixes are performed within a couple hours. What we find is that once we’re on-site, the list grows! Because of this, we offer a sliding scale hourly charge…you pay less per hour, the longer we stay! (Click here to find out more about this.) We have a  trip charge of $30 if we have to travel for client-added material.  

It is true…you get what you pay for.
You are paying for a highly qualified, uniformed professional arriving in a fully-equipped toolbox on wheels,
prepared to perform work that will exceed your expectations. Period.

Special materials or items need to be purchased for my job. How would this work?
You have several options for acquiring the materials for your project. (1) you can purchase and have the material on-site, (2) you can purchase and we will deliver the items, or (3) your technician can purchase them and bring the materials with him/her. If you should choose to have us procure the materials, you will be invoiced based on the standard labor rates in addition to the cost of materials as stated below:

Materials procurement mark-up:
$0 - $75 = $20 + retail cost
$76 - $150 = $30 + retail cost
$150 - $250 = $50 + retail cost
$201 - up = 25% + retail cost

What if my technician works for a part of an hour? Are your charges rounded off?
Labor Time Calculation: Time charged is rounded up to the next half hour increment. (Example: If your techinican arrives and begins work at 10:30am and works until 1:20pm, billable time will be rounded up to 1:30pm and you will be billed for 3 hours.

What about estimates?
For larger projects such as remodels we will provide detailed estimates. If you call us for a project estimate, we will be there within 24 hours. You will have a detailed estimate in hand, sometimes on-site, with most hand-delivered the next day. (Who has time to wait for the mail?) We will sit with you and discuss your budget and design concerns, and give you creative ideas that will enhance your project.

I need it done…yesterday!
We understand. You have a nagging problem and it needed to get fixed yesterday. We’ve got you covered. It most cases, we’ll come within 24 hours and fix it! No more crossing your fingers, hoping someone will just “show up”!

Of course we do…we want to make it convenient for you!

I’m a Senior…can I get a discount?
Of course! Our clients over 55 receive an immediate 10% discount. Providing home repairs to seniors is a specialty…you can trust us!

I just need some advice…you don’t just give that away, right?
Yes, we do! We’ve all been in that spot…you just need to get some quick how-to advice on a project. Call us and we’ll send you in the right direction. We want you to succeed!

You're not one of those franchise companies are you?
No. Our offices are located in Middleton, and locally owned and operated. The owner will follow up on every job…personally.
